With the New Law in Effect since 1/1/2024 Commercial Yachts with an Overall Length over 35 meters of Metallic or GRP Construction (NO WOODEN) of Any Flag exempt Greece and of any type are now allowed to either Embark their Passengers in Greece and Disembark them outside of Greek Waters or Embark them outside of Greece and Disembark them in Greece . This is possible though the application and approval of the new licensing process called : "e-CharterPermission Plus" .

The application procedure is done through our agency and the only obligation of the applicant is the payment of a Bond called TEPADACH PLUS which is a calculating formula which takes under consideration the LOA and the GRT .
